Residents of remote and non-remote areas have the opportunity, through the “Smart Village” applications, to access e-health, e-government and e-learning.

With the use of the above applications and through the interconnection (fiber optic or wireless), the residents of “Smart Villages” are provided with remote medical health and medical advices, Public Sector’s services and distant learning.
